The Unending Homosexuality Post

Well... Another one of these "unending" series... This time about homosexuality.

--

Premise:

Regardless whether same-sex attraction is voluntary or not, genetic or not, homosexual actions are unnatural and therefore immoral, since they go against human nature.

Or if you can follow the drift: 1+1 does not = 2, but 0... And 0 + 0 does not = 1 but 0...

So in evaluating the question of homosexual marriage and relationships, we must consider the above premise (i.e., that homosexual acts are immoral) rather than rely on the benefits or set backs thereof.

I may also add to the conversation the following point:
If homosexual marriage is accepted on the basis that the couple consists of consenting adults, then what will we say to polygamy or incest? They, too, are consenting adults, no?

Would it be discrimination to say that you can't marry your sister or aunt, or have more than one spouse?

Introducing: Pages!

Although no one really reads this blog, I'm deciding to organize it a bit more.
I've added "Pages" so I can put mini websites inside my own blog. So far I got J1Militans (for debates, philosophical issues, etc.) and JXP1Animations (for 3-D animation and movie ideas, etc.).
I also reorganized the Labels so that they are easier to follow.
Thank you.

The Militant

The Priest
-The time is now. The Church seems scattered and shattered. Yet when we are weak, it's when we are strong, for His power is made perfect in weakness (cf. 2 Cor 12:9). Let the world turn as dark as it can, because "the night is darkest just before the dawn," and even the darkest night does not compare to the Sun. Let the Son shine on though each one of you!

Religious or Atheistic Crimes?

@J1Militans Part 1 / 5

I dont think i've claimed that all religouse people have done evil things, in fact i dont think i've even claimed that all religions have done evil things.

About what you said about Dawkins.
I would not say that religion if the root of all evil, however religion causes alot of harm, or you might even say, causes alot of evil, if you want to use that word. :)

About Hitchens.
I would actually agree with him, wars have been fought it the name of religion / God.

@J1Militans part 2 / 5

However they have never been done so in ''the name of atheism''. People are motivated by their believes, not the other way around. Its not like people are going around killing each others and yelling stuff like ''in the name of disbelief of a magic elf under Jacobs bed, we will win this war'', that would be just silly :P

Sure atheist have started wars, and done horrible deeds, however that has nothing to do with their atheism.

Turha101 has replied to your comment on Christopher Hitchens Vs Dinesh D'Souza (What's So Great About God?) (Part 1):
@J1Militans part 3 / 5

You cant really compare concepts like, freedom, justice, or equality to religion, they are not even remotly simular.

Atheism is merely a position, to the question about theism, it has nothing to do with anything else, than the question about if a someone believes in a God.
To say something like atheistic regimes, is missleading, since atheism has nothing to do with it.

@J1Militans part 4 / 5

Sure there are some i ideologies, that are by the very definition not theistic, therfore atheistic, like communism, but that has nothing to do with atheism.
What Dinesh is basicly trying to do, is point a finger at atheist, and make it seem like atheism would somehow be bad.

An atheist, is simply someone who is NOT a theist, how can something like that, motivate you to do anything?

@J1Militans part 5
To give you an simple example of how, well dumb, it is to blame anything on atheism
I have a pink small gorilla under my bed
But look at all the none believers in the small pink gorilla, look at what they have done, they have murdered alot of humans, they have gone to war, they have raped women.
If i said something like this, would you then defend / hold the same position? Also would you think that any wars have been started, because of the disbelief of the small pink gorilla?

The Catholic Church and the Latter Days Saints Church

I'm having a discussion with a member of the LDS Church and I am inviting him to discuss matters here since debating on YouTube can be very, very tedious with limited space and having to check back at the comments over and over again...

Let's see if he replies.

I'll post some of the last comments here so we can continue on our discussion here.

This Blog is open to anyone to post, no Google Account required though highly recommended!

Religious practice would have positive profound implications

Back to School...and Church

As your children return to school, you may want to take a moment to ponder new research that points the way to academic success. Proverbs 1:7 tells us "the fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge." FRC's Senior Fellow Pat Fagan has released new data demonstrating this moral truth.

Students involved in religious activities have higher GPAs, by 14.4 percent than those not involved, and spend more time on their homework. Additionally, church is one of few readily accessible institutions for lower-income families, making its effect on children's academic success particularly significant. Religious activity remains important in higher education, where over 75 percent of students who become more committed to their faith during their college years perform above average.

The study concludes that religious practice would have profound implications for world economies and societies if religious practice were to have a significantly positive role in education. I believe that change must begin in our own churches and families before we see our society truly transformed.

Truth Leaker, Abortion, and YouTube

Recently a video regarding abortion was taken down from TruthLeaker's channel.
Here is what YouTube said:

ATTENTION

The following video(s) from your account have been disabled for violation of the YouTube Community Guidelines:

  • What does an abortion look like? - (TruthLeaker)

Graphic or gratuitous violence is not allowed in YouTube videos. And even though people do get hurt and it’s inevitable that these events may be documented on YouTube, it’s not okay to post violent or gory content that’s primarily intended to be shocking, sensational or disrespectful. If your video shows someone being physically hurt, attacked, or humiliated, it will be removed. If a video is particularly graphic or disturbing, it should be balanced with additional educational or documentary context and information.

----

Now, is YouTube accepting that "someone [is] being physically hurt, attacked, or humiliated, it will be removed."

If so, then we are accepting that the fetus is a "someone," that is, a person!

But, most likely YouTube was talking about the last part, "a video is particularly graphic or disturbing."

Then again, YouTube has said that such video must be "balanced with additional educational or documentary context and information."
Very well. Let's do some homework and help users like TruthLeaker to be able to post such graphic pictures and videos by "balancing" them with statistics and studies about abortion.

Heck, we don't even have to explicitly say abortion is wrong, just put some facts, some images and video footage, and let's see what YouTube does!

The Unending Abortion Post

Here we can discuss anything regarding abortion, either conversations started by random visitors of this blog (which are pretty much 0), or Facebook debates or YouTube debates, or who knows what else.... This way we won't have to sort through a thousand comments on YouTube channels or such.

Note, the blog is open to anyone to comment on (no gmail account required, though recommended), but please be aware that any obscenity will not be tolerated, nor any personal attacks. Please be courteous and respectful, and debate as though it was a formal and public debate.

Pax.

--

Premise: A fetus/embryo is a human being as it comes from human parents, and as such, it is wrong to kill him. Therefore, if abortion terminates an embryo/fetus; if a fetus/embryo is a human being and a separate, unique, irreplaceable life; and if to terminate a separate, unique, irreplaceable (and innocent) life is murder, then: Abortion Is Murder.

The Atheist Inquisition - Satire

The Atheist Inquisition
-A Satire-

Catholic: There is a God and I'm ready to have an intelligent discussion with anyone who wants. Really.

Atheist: Damn those Catholics and those religious fanatics! They're such intolerant, close-minded bigots who only want to shove down their believes at you! You can't debate with them, they're so brainless that they think they're always right, always ranting about their believes, always trying to prove people wrong, always flexing their Jesus Muscle for others to see. I'm not going to debate with them, they're too ridiculous! They're so insecure trying to convince other people. They are so proud trying to tell other people they are wrong! How this angers me, they are just so wrong in doing that! They live in such illusion on doing good to other people that they're only showing how little their brain really is! Such primitive people should not be allowed to live in the scientific, post-mytholy 21st century. They want us to debate with them so they can glory themselves and their man-made religion, fabricated fairytales that have haunted the unintelligent men until now! They think themselves proud when they know one Book backwards and forwards, and when they listen to debates between intelligent men of science and reason and senseless man of faith and men of the cloth. They can never recognize facts, only their own gullible and laughable opinions, rejecting these facts because they do not come from their man-made holy book! Their kind is so predictable, always recurring to running their mouths forever and ever and never answering any points in a debate; one can't truly have a debate with such species of men, if they be human at that! Perhaps they're less human and try to compensate their lack of true vision through running their mouths uttering disgusting thoughts that no reasonable man could follow and believe! Their new-found beliefs are the ones that have done this to them and because they feel so inferior to mankind now they want to trample other people so that they feel superior! But even if they should feel superior they are not superior! They are such snobs, thinking themselves better than other people, even to the point of playing judge! It's so wrong to judge people! At every opportunity they get they want to infiltrate and leave their poison all over our brains, like our friend here, trying to find ardent atheists like myself, well-educated, modest and very educated, intelligent and with a good education on logic and reason that I got through very good education. Why would I accept his challenge when we all know how ridiculous his beliefs are! After all, it is common knowledge that science has defeated the myth of Christianity, and no reasonable intelligent scientific person believes this anymore. Humanity has grown up after thousands and thousands of years and the minority then is the majority now, or at least will be soon enough after fools like this man here are refuted openly. But then again, they don't even need to be refuted openly, their mere stance is self-defeating, especially since all they do is go in circles and ignore the facts of science and history, and a great ignorance for logic. Oh what fools these are!

Catholic: Wow... The word of God truly IS the world of God: Psalm 53:1

Atheist: See? Such intolerance and assumption! They truly are asses. Look like asses, talk like asses, sound like asses, smell like asses, reason like asses! They surely do like asses, since the dude in their fictitious, nonsensical, fastidious, tedious, boring, insulting, intolerant, mythological fairy tales have their god riding in one of them asses. Such stories must be hid from kids! Corrupting the innocent! They want to force a woman to take care of a kid she didn't intend to have because they want to indoctrinate that kid with this non-sense! They make YouTube Channels and Blogs and put quotes on their Facebook accounts trying to bring some crusade against any man of reason! Wrong they are, I say, wrong they are! They assume they know so much but they really know nothing. We must show them how little they know. We must stop them from spreading nonsense around! We must stop them from being so closed-minded and intolerant. We must hit them where it hurts! We must do a crusade against their crusades - which, by the way, were such act of intolerance and stupidity!!! All because of man-made religions and the will to control and have power over other people! We must conquer this nonsense and show them the right way, even if it means stealing their Bibles from bookstores so that no innocent, unreasonable stupid people fall into their lies. Even if we must go to court to make the printing of Bibles illegal because they are printed by machines made in a country where the government does not endorse any type of religious view! Even if we must put to jail those fools like this one who seeks to invade my private time out here in my university, where free speech is a privilege not to be abused by talking nonsense and private opinions and beliefs that people like him need to keep to themselves! We need to arrest them and burn these religious books! Without them the world would be a better place! Without them, and without people like him we would be a human race of intelligent, superior men! We would be rid of these parasites, this scum that think and talk like sub-human beasts! We, the superior race, must win over these vermin! I will it!

Catholic: Wow. David was truly inspired by the Holy Spirit: Psalm 14:1

Nihilism and Religion, a Discussion.

I tried to have a rational, intelligent and respectful conversation with someone on Facebook regarding some statement that Nietzsche made regarding religion and my response to it.
Instead of such fruitful discussion I found a lot of disrespect and judgments on my characters (even though this person does not know me), and many ad hominems against "religious people".

Not one of my arguments was answered, and yet he would blame me for being preachy and unreasonable, when in fact I offered him no theology nor Scriptures, but pure philosophy.

Will anyone out there take a more worthy stance and actually discuss these matters with me?

[I had posted his responses in full, but he asked me to delete them, so I have only left my two initial statements: my critique to Nietzsche's claim, and my first response to his response]

---

J1Militans:
‎*Is man merely a mistake of God's? Or God merely a mistake of man's? Friedrich Nietzsche --- ehh, neither! If man had made God as an idea, then why did every society make up a higher being since the history of man began, and if God created man, and if God is good and perfect, then it must follow that man is not a mistake, but simply something great gone wrong! the fact that Niet. sees man as a mistake (or God) then it shows that there is something wrong in man, which in turn points out that man is not what the ought to have been, which in turn points that man was good to begin with... One can't have a mistake without a prior good being there... ;)
--
[My opponent's answer has been, sadly, deleted]
--
J1Militans:
You got me completely wrong, sire. It's more of a psycological approach, if you will: from the very beginnings of man (and I have researched this) man has "invented" some God or gods to worship, something higher than mankind. Now. Did man invent God? If so, why?

In other words, I am born with a desire to eat and drink, and that's because there is such a thing as food and water. It would seem that humanity has an innate desire for the divine and the eternal, and we see the evidence of this in my above point that man has always "invented" some sort of God or deity to follow and worship.

Again, why does man feel this "need" to "invent" God?
--
J1Militans:
‎"It is only the man who is insecure in his own beliefs who brings unwanted and uninvited lectures to those around him." It would be easy to say the same of Nietzsche or yourself.... would it not? ;)

"thus randomly telling other people how wrong they are." And wouldn't this apply very nicely to yourself too? :-D

Those points, or attacks, aside, let us dive into this.
Why would I, a Christian, would like to point to my friend Paula that Mr. Frederich Niet. was wrong... And why would you, a man unknown to me, desire to prove me wrong?
What I'm getting at is this: we are seeking truth, aren't we? And we know that both you and I cannot be right in the same respect and at the same time, as neither could Nietzsche and St. Paul be both right in the same respect and at the same time....

A further point. Why would we try to seek truth?
---
[Although his responses were more of attacks on religious people and our conviction to defend our beliefs, instead of responses to the points and arguments I brought forth, I still have honored his request and deleted his responses]

Ground Zero Mosque

Wow. Alright.
So the extremes goes both ways.
In the one hand, liberals are right: the other extreme makes it seem like "Ground Zero Mosque" will be built at Ground Zero.
But on the other hand, they are wrong: it is still near Ground Zero, and it is still in honor of the religion that calls this nation "The Great Satan."

Fine. Maybe not all Muslims think this way. Maybe it is a minority indeed.
But go make a building called "priests and little boys" and the liberals will be super alarmed and shout all non-sense anti-Catholic garbage claiming how priests have raped little boys.

Yet when it comes to this Muslim Mosque, liberals like Change.org are ready to pull out the dirty laundry (or I guess, in English, skeletons in the closet?) that Christians have, in order to prove how intolerant Christians and conservatives are...

Nonetheless, the point is this:
They say the Mosque should be built and how honoring this is and how it follows the constitution that the soldiers and people died to protect (hmm... And defending the religion that killed them?), and how this is simply doing the American thing because the first Amendment happens to be freedom of religion....

So how come this freedom of religion only applies to Muslims?

I mean... Abortion is offensive to me as a Catholic, and for virtually all Christians as well.
Or homosexuality, how come it is offensive to Christians and Jews and yet our rights are not defended here?

Why this double-standard, liberal?

Story Development
[subject to change]

[9-26/10]
The Militant: Ave Maria

[Warning, Spoilers]
Finding out about Government Agents being sent to a small Catholic university town in Southwest Florida, the Militant decides to pay a visit to these Agents and have a "talk" with them. He finds out that the Agents are merely decoys for him, and he is framed for a supposed terrorist attack on this town, so that the New Government can legally intervene and militarize this section of the Holy Opposition.
Through the "talk" with the Agents, the Militant is able to track down Big Boss, the person who is orchestrating all of this set-up, and goes to have a "talk" with him as well. The Big Boss shows little resistance to the Militant and confesses that his plan was not to kill the Militant but to have a fight with the New Government, even though he is supposedly working under it.
Together they decide to join forces and to fight against the New Government's imminent attack on the small town, and then the Militant commands Big Boss to leave that town, and the other towns of the Holy Opposition, alone.
The New Government, learning of the defeat at that battle, devices a new plan to take over the hot spots of the Holy Opposition... Operation: Unholy Trinity.

[Further explanation:]
The Militant has had a previous "talk" (interrogation and torture) with these two Agents, so he feels that this is a set-up, but goes anyway because he really wants to find to the chain of command of the New Government in order to kill all its leaders.
In his "talk" with one of the Agents he finds that the New Government is watching the Agent's family and threatening to kill them if the Agents do not collaborate. The Militant promises to do all he can to save them and send them to safety.
He also finds out that the plot against him is also a plot for the New Government to legally take over Ave Maria town and thus crush one of the most powerful spots of the Holy Opposition by making it seem that the Militant and a team of terrorist went over to take the town hostage, and so the Salut Army (the Government's Army) would intervene and "neutralize" the terrorist, thus killing the Militant and taking over Ave Maria town.
The terrorist group was to be supplied by Alfred, aka the Big Boss, who is in high command within the New Government, but who has also at times been at odds with the Government.
The Militant finds the location of Big Boss' headquarters and goes in to find out more about this plan and other information, and to kill him, but the Big Boss shows little resistance to the Militant and proposes a new plan instead, in which Big Boss supplies the "terrorist" team to the Militant if the Militant agrees to engage in battle with the New Government, this way the Big Boss can gain more power against the New Government.
Being a question of having Ave Maria town be partly destroyed and then militarized and taken over by the Government, and of cooperating with one of his big enemies, the Militant reluctantly agrees and they head over to Ave Maria town and wait for the big showdown.
Seeing that the "terrorists" are winning, the Salut Army retreats and does not take over Ave Maria town, and then the Militant commands Big Boss to leave the town with his terrorists, and to leave the Holy Opposition out of this. Big Boss agrees and leaves. The Militant also leaves the town so that the New Government may have no more excuses to try to take it.
But the New Government already has a Plan B: Operation Unholy Trinity...

Scenes

The Militant: Ave Maria

Scene One: Intro
The Militant is in Confession and confesses that he does not plan on stopping his violent ways as long as the New Government still exists. The priest denies him absolution and gives him a blessing.
-Titles begin to appear-

Scene Two: Car Scene
The Militant is seen leaving the church and getting into a car, where he and an acquaintance talk about the Militant's next mission in a small town of the Holy Opposition, where two Government Agents have been sent. The Militant perceives this as a trap, since he has already interrogated these Agents before, but still decides to go and see what's going on.
-Title screen appears-

Scene Three: Arrival at Ave
This is a transitional scene, showing the Militant driving through Ave, and going to the offices to find the Agents. He notices some peculiar additions that the New Government has added to this town, and does some adjustments (e.g., he may see a Strip Club and blows it up).

Scene Four: Interrogations
The Militant interrogates one of the Agents but he passes out, and as he is interrogating the other Agent, the Agent reveals the sinister plan that the Government has to kill the Militant and take over Ave Maria town, as well as the Government's kidnapping of the Agents' family. The Militant agrees to do what he can in order to take their family to safety if they tell him the location of the mastermind behind this plan.

Scene Five: The Big Boss
The Militant goes to Montana where Alfred, the Big Boss, is at. He infiltrates his headquarters and when he gets to the Big Boss' floor, he finds that the Big Boss was in fact expecting him and offers a deal to the Militant. The deal would be that instead of having the Government's plan to take place, they join forces and fight against the Government's army. In interest of keeping Ave Maria town out of harms way and free from the Government's control, the Militant reluctantly agrees.

Scene Six: The Battle for Ave
Unaware of the change of plans, the Government's Army heads to Ave Maria town only to find a great resistance and battle.

Scene Seven: Resolution
After the battle, the Militant commands the Big Boss to leave the town and to leave the Holy Opposition out of his retaliation to the New Government, since his motives and aims are different and incompatible. The Militant also sees that his ways are incompatible with that of the Holy Opposition and that his presence there puts the town at risk, so he also leaves, looking for other battles to fight.

Scene Eight: Epilogue
Emperor Rone is seen discussing a new plan with the Government's leaders, a plan that will let them have full control of the hot spots of the Holy Opposition... Operation: Unholy Trinity.

Scene Nine: Credits
Credits.

Background

[Old synopsis]
In the near future, after the economic collapse of the United States and Europe, Presider Abamon gave his power to Emperor Rone, thus beginning a new age of humanity called The Age of Salvation. Calling itself the Salvation Government, this new empire sought to push liberal ideals and a godless way of life, warring against the so-called evils done in the name of religion. In the midst of this war against religion, many.... (to be continued)

Lacrimae Mariae 3-D

Lacrimae Mariae 3-D

So, here will be the official meeting place for Lacrimae Mariae 3-D.

While the first project was supposed to be stop-motion with toys and some 3-D scenes, I have decided to take the full movie (it should be about an hour or a little more) in 3-D.
It will be a huge project to animate this, but about 90% of the voices are done.
Right now I'm working on a much simpler short film, so Lacrimae Mariae will be temporarily on hold or will be worked on seldom.
However, any help I can get right now would be appreciated.

I would need:
1. Additional voice actors for Duke and maybe for a few new characters.
2. A modeler who can do either Transformers or G.I. Joe characters or both.
3. A rigger
4. An animator (though I can animate too)
5. Someone who can do movie editing and compositing.
6. A modeler to do the various scenes such as the campus, a more detailed Oratory, a more detailed Cobra Island, etc.
7. Prayers!

Ad Regnum Dei, for the Kingdom of God,
JXP1Animations

Here is a detailed view of the Oratory. We wouldn't worry about the inside, but it would be nice if we could make the outside and the surroundings something like this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vdJT_LV6zzA

[A new blog has created for the Story Development and Synopsis of The Militant. http://j1militans.blogspot.com/2010/07/militant-story-development.html]

Update 7-28/10

New longer preview is up on YouTube with new music, which might be the definitive music for this short film.
Also, this whole scene of the cops taking Fr. Brawn and the Militant trying to stop this is supposed to be one of the climatic moments of the short film, towards the end. So, in order to make sense of it in a sneak preview, I will be working on a quick introduction for the story, then show the sneak preview, and thus will be the official Trailer or Sneak Preview.

I would like this Sneak Preview to be the whole length of this "Ushas" song, and later on we can figure out what music to put for the full length film (I gather it will be at least 10 minutes).

Enjoy the updated sneak preview!

---

Alright. I'm looking for a crew to make "The Militant" happen.

It will be a film like the Punisher but with a Catholic/Christian theme, in which the hero is an anti-hero since while he's going after the right thing, he's using the wrong means.

I need voice actors mainly for:
1. The Militant
2. Fr. Roman Brawn
3. Police (various)
4. Misc.

I also need anyone who might help me write a script, or edit the script.
Anyone interested in doing sound editing, or music, etc., would also be appreciated.
Also, anyone who can work with 3-D software (Maya or Max), either modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, or animating. In short:

1. Voice Actors
2. 3-D Modeller, Texturer, Lighter, Rigger, and Animator
3. Video post-editing
4. Music

The quality of the film depends on the number in the crew. If end up having to do almost everything, I can't promise something super great, but the story line should make up for it, though.

--

Plot summary (subject to change):

In the near future there is a persecution against religions who do not follow Leftists ideas, and so any religion who wants to remain legal must submit to liberal ideals (abortion, contraception, homosexuality, pornography, etc.).
There are some who resist openly, but one by one they are all imprisoned or killed.
During a Mass, our character, in his youth, witnesses the Government arresting the priest who was opposing them. The young boy grows with resentment, and decides to avenge all of this and fight against the Government.
He takes it in his hands to punish evildoers, to intimidate and torture top personell who run the abortion industry, or porn website owners until they shut them down, blowing up strip-clubs, etc.
In the meantime....

Frustration with various moral issues.

Man sometimes this world makes me sick. We disagree too much, no wonder why people today think there is no truth.. And yet we disagree. But how do we disagree if there is no truth? Rick Scott: don't vote for him and his racist views. Abortion is always murder, no matter if pro-life people may be wrong sometimes. Homosexual marriage is not discrimination, it simply means you cannot marry each other just like two siblings cannot marry each other (it's simply immoral!). It's unethical to use half-naked women for ads. It's inappropriate to use sex-like poses and words in ads and songs and TV shows and movies. It's inappropriate and often sinful to use profane language. The list goes on.

Lacrimae Mariae updates

Well. It's been long since I touch on this subject.

The screening of the "Sneak-peak" didn't go too well (too much material, too little time to compile it all, plus the controversy).

Alright. So instead of getting on those issues right now, I wanna say a few things about L.M.

First, I think I'll drop the whole "G.I. Transform:" thingy,
and just call the film "Lacrimae Mariae: The Tears of Mary" (I guess without the translation too).

Also, I am planning on having two versions of the film:
1. Lacrimae Mariae (Short Version)
2. Lacrimae Mariaw 3-D (The entire version, however long it is)

The first one will be with the toys and some comic scenes, and I'll try to minimize the 3-D scenes. This one will only include the most important dialogue to make the story flow, but will not have as many action scenes or dialogue. The reason is that doing stop-motion is extremely hard, and doing a movie comic-style can take up time, plus it can be boring if not done right (we saw this a
t the screening). Also, virtually all of the more controversial statements are taken off, though I'll leave the reference to Fr. Fessio's firing at the final speech. Everything else will be simply like an Action witty-comedy movie with a Catholic theme and message.

The second one will take much longer to make since I have decided to do it all in 3-D. I have gather some transformers models from around the web (but they do not transform) that I can use, plus I'll make the University 3-D model more detailed so we can have out movie take place there.
This movie will include almost all of the dialogue, including a revised line about the non-Catholic students (the revision should make it clear that the movie was not portraying non-Catholic students as evil, because that's not what was in
tended to begin with).

I should also say that while Fr. Henry did not read the whole script, he made some comments which I took into consideration, including changing the name of Operation Unholy Trinity and leaving out the part of Cobra inside the Oratory at Mass. I will possibly leave out some other lines and jokes, though we shall see.

Anyways.
I still need voice actors for Eagle Eye and for Duke, so if you know anyone who would be interested in filling up these parts, please let me know.

I will also be posting (not on the blog) a revised version for Lacrimae Mariae Short Version soon, since this is the one that I plan on going forward with.

Ok. Check back for new stuff.

Lacrimae Mariae 3-D:

Catholic 3-D Shorts

Ok.
Here I'll be posting ideas for cool Catholic 3-D animated shorts, mostly based off of books. Feel free to post your own suggestion or if you write your own Catholic short then maybe we could make it into 3-D eventually!
----

  1. "Father Brown" series
  2. "The Shadow of His Wings"
  3. C.S. Lewis' "The Great Divorce"
  4. Some movie about the Fall of the Angels
  5. The Rosary, especially scenes for the Joyful Mysteries
  6. Maybe some short on Saint George versus the Dragon

Fr. Brown 3-D

G.K. Chesterton's "Father Brown" series in 3-D.

Well, I've had for a while the idea of making the Fr. Brown stories come alive in 3-D shorts, and I was thinking the first one we could do is The Hammer of God.

This project would just go really slow since I am taking online courses, so I wouldn't be able to put my full attention to it. So I would just need to gather a few people interested in this project to help me to think of ideas in which we could make the short story (The Hammer of God) become a 10-20 minute animated short.

I would need:
Script-writer
Voice Actors
Someone to sketch the drawings of Fr. Brown and other characters (though I might be able to download free 3-D characters, else I'd have to create them from scratch)
Ideas of how to shorten the story to be 10-20 minutes

So if you're interested or know someone who might be interested, please let me know by responding to this blog or writing to JXP1Animations@gmail.com

And if you're at Ave, perhaps if we start brainstorming this summer we could make it a movie for the Film Festival (that means that you cannot be on Broadhead's film, haha).

Ok. God bless, pax Christi,
